Conducts spa walk through ensuring all areas are properly cleaned and maintained.Retrieves, folds and stores all linens for locker room, treatments rooms, and spa amenities.Checks weekly inventory list to ensure proper supply levels are maintained.Does laundry and cleans dishes.Responds to all guest interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.Directs guests in proper use of the hot and cold plunge pools, steam room, and sauna to ensure the guests safety and physical wellbeing.Assists guests as needed, including serving alcoholic beverages and accommodating guest requests.Serves beverages and refreshments to spa guests.Assists guests with inquiries relating to spa services and other spa promotions.Must be able to initiate and engage in conversations in a professional and friendly matter with guest and team members.Must participate in team member huddles and be knowledgeable of daily occurrences as they pertain to spa operations.Continues in computer-based learning and implement these skills into the workplace.14.
