Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality Group's Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Spa Attendant to greet guests, orient them to spa facilities and deliver personal service in a fast-paced luxury setting. You will keep changing areas neat, assist with lockers, and promote spa services and products while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Prior experience in luxury hospitality and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Must demonstrate a professional, effective demeanor and maintain standards of excellence in guest service.
• Must display the ability to work with a variety of people, remain calm and professional during stressful situations, must be able to analyze and resolve guest and/or staff-related problems.
• Speak and read understand the English language.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and orient to spa facilities.
• Escort guests to locker areas and issue spa lockers, robes and slippers.
• Provide orientation tours, explain spa amenities and answer questions.
• Maintain a clean, safe spa environment with regular monitoring of all areas.
• Promote spa treatments, services and products to guests.
• Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
