Job summary

AIRE Ancient Baths Copenhagen is seeking a Spa Attendant/Link for our Upper East Side location. You will greet guests, provide facility tours, coordinate treatments with massage therapists, and guide clients through the bathhouse and massage experiences.

We value a strong customer service mindset, energetic teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-end environment. Prior spa or hospitality hosting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide the clients through their experience, leading them from the baths to their massage treatments, etc.
• Tend to the needs of the clients during their stay, keeping tabs on them and following up as necessary.

Upper East Side Location:

Located among the high-rise blocks of the Upper East Side of The City That Never Sleeps, a forgotten building that used to be MOMA's art warehouse renovates itself to become an AIRE location with over 9,600 square feet. The old walls breathe the creativity from the thousands of pieces of art that once lived in its interior, through which now flows absolute relaxation, thanks to the baths at different temperatures and the six double massage rooms. The historic construction is also a residential building, making it the perfect opportunity to have relaxation at your fingertips.

The Role:

As a Spa Attendant/Link you will play an integral role in providing clients with the AIRE Experience. You will check in andguide clients through their bathhouse and massage experience. You will give bathhouse tours, schedule massages, and tend to client needs throughout the day. You will coordinate with other Spa Attendants/Links and Massage Therapists to ensure all clients are taken care of.

Who You Are:

• Prior experience as a host in a spa or hospitality industry, preferred.

• Energetic team player with a passion for assisting high-end clientele.

• Skilled at anticipating the flow of business, thinking ahead, and solving problems before they occur.

• Strong attention to detail: ensureclients have what they need, and remember the fine points of their reservations.

• Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and work quickly and efficiently.

• Maintain flexibility with scheduling according to business needs.

• Prior experience with reservation systems, preferred.
