• Help ensure a 5-star experience for all guests
• Always have a smile ready for our guests
• Are skilled at multi-tasking to manage laundry, relaxation areas, and changing rooms
• Ensure clean, fresh laundry is always available for guests and staff
• Understand the tools and products necessary for the freshest laundry in the industry
• Help maintain a well-appointed, serene relaxation area
• Ensure a spotless, well-stocked changing room for guests
• Ensure all glassware, dinnerware, and utensils are spotless and ready for use
• Pay keen attention to detail, stay tidy and organized
• Take pride in their work to ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Communicate frequently with the hospitality team to meet and exceed expectations
• Maintain Woodhouse standards across all areas
• Are flexible and available to work evenings and weekends
