Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, seeks a Spa Attendant to join our luxury spa team on site in Naples, Florida. This role supports the Spa and Fitness Center, focusing on the male locker room, ensuring cleanliness and providing orientation and tours to guests.

Responsibilities

• The Spa Attendant is an integral part of the Spa and Fitness Center.
• Maintains cleanliness of the male locker room and fitness areas.
• Provides guests with a fitness and locker room orientation.
• Offers spa and fitness tours and can advise on Spa treatment options.
• Responds to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction and comfort.
• Complies with all Four Seasons policies and procedures.

About The Spa Attendant Role

The Spa Attendant is an integral part of the Spa and Fitness Center. This position ensures the needs of all Spa and Fitness guests are met specifically in the male locker room. The Spa Attendant maintains the cleanliness of the locker room and fitness areas, provides guests with a fitness and locker room orientation, offers spa & fitness tours and can advise of Spa treatment options. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort. Comply with all Four Seasons policies and procedures.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for individuals who have a warm and welcome smile and a positive attitude! The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role in a luxury/upscale/full service Spa. Candidate must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. Flexible schedule with ability to work weekends is required.
