You will deliver personalized service, respond to guest needs, uphold spotless spa areas, and collaborate with therapists and front desk to ensure unforgettable wellness experiences in a luxury boutique setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably spa or hospitality.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/spoken communication skills.

• Knowledge of spa treatments/products is a plus.
• Friendly, welcoming demeanor; weekend/evening flexibility.
