Job summary

Woodhouse Spa – Highland Park is seeking Attendants to support linens, laundry, and spa upkeep at our new North Shore location. You’ll learn the Woodhouse way from day one with paid training and development, and no spa experience is required.

The role offers flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time) and opportunities to enjoy spa services and products. You’ll work in a brand-new facility with modern equipment and a large staff lounge for breaks.

Responsibilities

• Collect soiled linens from treatment rooms, changing lounges, and service areas throughout the day.
• Wash, dry, fold, and put away sheets, towels, robes, and slippers to Woodhouse standards.
• Keep linen closets organized, fully stocked, and rotated so no therapist ever goes looking for a clean sheet.
• Operate and care for commercial laundry equipment and supplies, and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain sanitation standards using approved products and procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Move through guest areas with a calm, quiet presence that protects the spa’s sense of retreat.
• Support therapists and front desk teammates so services stay on time.

What You’ll Do — Linens and Laundry

• Collect soiled linens from treatment rooms, changing lounges, and service areas throughout the day
• Wash, dry, fold, and put away sheets, towels, robes, and slippers to Woodhouse standards
• Keep linen closets organized, fully stocked, and rotated so no therapist ever goes looking for a clean sheet
• Operate and care for commercial laundry equipment and supplies, and report any maintenance issues promptlyMonitor linen inventory levels and flag shortages to management before they become a problem

Keep the Spa Immaculate

• Clean, tidy, and restock the changing lounges, lockers, and guest areas throughout the day
• Collect and remove trash across the spa, keeping bins fresh and out of guests’ sight and mind
• Maintain sanitation standards using approved products and procedures
• Assist with opening and closing duties

Be Part of the Founding Team

• Be a steward of the Woodhouse brand and Woodhouse standards
• Move through guest areas with a calm, quiet presence that protects the spa’s sense of retreat
• Support therapists and front desk teammates so services stay on time

What We’re Looking For

• No spa experience required — we will train you
• Reliability above all: this role only works if the team can count on you to show up and follow through
• Pride in doing detail work well, and the eye to spot what’s out of place before anyone else does
• A calm, respectful presence around guests and teammates
• Housekeeping, hotel, laundry, or hospitality experience is a plus
• Regular, consistent attendance, and the flexibility to work weekends and Sundays
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to be on your feet and moving for most of the shift
• Must be able to lift, push, and carry up to 45 lbs., including full laundry carts and linen bins
• Must be able to bend, reach, and kneel repeatedly throughout the day
• Comfortable working around heat, humidity, and commercial laundry equipment
