Be Part of Something New on Chicago’s North Shore
Woodhouse Spa is a high‑end luxury day spa national brand with more than 100 locations across the country — and we’re bringing it to the North Shore for the first time. As one of our founding Estheticians, you’ll help set the standard for what “Woodhouse Highland Park” means: brand‑new treatment rooms, a professional product line behind you, and a skincare following you build from day one.
- The owners: work in the spa day to day as true partners, not a distant corporate office.
- Established national brand: you get its marketing muscle, training systems, protocols, and reputation.
- A ground‑floor opportunity: founding team members get first say on schedule and a clear path to grow as the owners’ North Shore presence expands.
What You’ll Do — The Craft
- Perform professional skin care treatments and facials to Woodhouse protocols
- Analyze each guest’s skin, listen to their goals, and build a treatment plan that actually gets them there
- Educate guests on their skin and recommend the homecare regimen that extends your results between visits
- Deliver a range of treatments — holistic and clinical modalities both welcome here
- Ensure guests have a consistent, phenomenal, high‑touch concierge experience from consultation to rebooking
- Use salon software to manage appointments, guest notes, and treatment history
Keep the Space Guest-Ready
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area in accordance with Illinois State Board regulations
- Maintain proper product inventory and stock in treatment rooms
- Measure and mix products accurately — basic math skills required
- Remove soiled laundry and assist with opening and closing duties, and report maintenance issues promptly
Be Part of the Founding Team
- Be a steward of the Woodhouse brand and Woodhouse standards
- Cross-train and perform Team Member services as part of ongoing education
- Welcome training on new procedures, protocols, and product lines as the menu grows

- A local clientele you can bring with you is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to educate, offer solutions, and recommend homecare with confidence.
