The Role

Located within the Forbes-rated Park Hyatt Chicago, NoMI Spa seeks a service-driven Spa Attendant to maintain the ambiance of treatment rooms, locker facilities, and lounges, ensuring they are pristine and well-appointed. You will handle amenities, curate a calm atmosphere, and serve as a professional point of contact with guests and colleagues.

You will also manage appointment schedules, process payments, and maintain records using spa management software. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional embodying elegance, discretion, and a passion for delivering impeccable experiences.

Wage Information

The hourly rate is $26.00. Overtime and premium pay may be applicable.

• At least 2 years’ experience in a luxury environment with guest engagement and call management skills
• Experience in a luxury spa or wellness center preferred
• Passion for wellness and delivering personalized guest experiences
• Professional presence aligned with Forbes standards
• Attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently with composure
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move comfortably
• Proficiency in MS Office and spa management software
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
