Job summary

BENCHMARK is seeking a Spa Attendant for Chatham Bars Inn in Chatham, Massachusetts. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of spa facilities and providing top-notch service to guests.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain CPR and first aid certification (preferred).
• Physical ability to bend, push/pull, lift and carry up to 30 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule that allows working weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of locker rooms, relaxation room, treatment rooms, and outdoor areas.
• Greet guests and orient them to spa amenities.
• Provide food and beverage service; take orders at the pool.

Job description

Position: Spa AttendantResort: Chatham Bars Inn, Chatham, Massachusetts

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of locker rooms, relaxation room, treatment rooms, outdoor and pool areas, and fitness room.
• Greet guests, orient them to spa amenities in the locker room, and escort them to the relaxation room prior to treatments.
• Provide knowledgeable food and beverage service; take food and beverage orders at the pool and use the POS system.
• Respond promptly and follow up on guest requests and needs.
• Understand and adhere to Forbes Standards.
