Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in San Antonio (The Vineyard Shopping Center) TX is seeking a Spa Associate with strong sales skills and professional, friendly communication. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years spa, hospitality and/or retail experience preferred.
• Experience in the Beauty/Wellness industry is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work 30+ hours per week including weekends and holidays.
• Technical knowledge of spa software (Zenoti) is desirable.
• Ability to engage with clients in an enthusiastic manner.
• Positive, outgoing personality and team orientation.
• Successful sales experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily spa operations and communicating with clients and team members.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Contributing to daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Check-in clients, confirm services, and guide them through Welcome, Empower, Connect.
• Perform opening/closing duties to standard.
• Maintain a professional and impeccable spa environment.
• Be the face of the business with a positive attitude toward staff and guests.
• Excel at membership and Gift Card sales.
• Maintain spa cleanliness and assist with laundry and sanitation as needed.
