Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise specializing in massage, facials, and hair removal services. With over 500 locations across the US and Canada, the brand leads in the membership-based spa services industry. Located in Wayne, NJ, we are seeking a Spa Associate to ensure our customers have an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities:

• Meet membership sales goals
• Learn and understand our menu of services (training provided)
• Provide excellent customer service, building lasting relationships with members and guests
• Work flexible hours
• Communicate effectively about sales, promotions, and services
• Maintain spa cleanliness standards
• Maintain a positive and energetic attitude
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle administrative tasks
• Perform additional duties as assigned
