Join Hand and Stone Dallas as a Spa Sales Associate!

Hand and Stone Dallas has an opening for a Spa Sales Associate (SA) with an infectious personality and strong work ethic. Located in Uptown, Dallas, our busy membership massage and facial spa in the West Village retail complex values customer relations. The SA is the first and last person clients meet, playing a vital role in their experience by scheduling appointments, increasing memberships, and upselling services.

The SA may also be responsible for opening and/or closing the spa in the absence of the Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Answer phones and book appointments
• Sell memberships, gift cards, products, and upgrades
• Maintain a professional and clean environment
• Project a positive, energetic attitude
• Be a team player
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but training will be provided
• Comfortable with point-of-sale systems (training on Zenoti platform provided)
• Excellent personal appearance and communication skills
