We are currently seeking an energetic and reliable Spa Assistant Sales Manager with enthusiasm, strong organizational skills, and a self-starter to oversee the day-to-day Sales of our Spa. This individual will establish and implement programs to achieve higher levels of sales & service. We are looking for a dynamic leader to motivate staff and provide hands-on leadership of this business. He or she must understand the necessity of collaboration and guide the staff to operate with peak efficiency through coordination, communication, and cooperation. This position is responsible and accountable for certain aspects of daily operations with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering an exceptional level of customer service.
The Spa Assistant Sales Manager works alongside our Spa Director, Spa Manager & Spa Associates at the front desk answering phones, booking appointments, greeting customers, and selling memberships and spa packages. In addition, the Spa Sales Assistant Manager ensures smooth spa operations managing client membership base, training spa associates in all sales related aspects, and handling any customer or staff questions.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of sales and customer service experience, preferably with past sales and management experience. This opportunity is a great chance to learn and grow in your career. Shift schedule as follows:
