Successful luxury spa seeking a highly motivated and passionate Assistant Spa Manager with a strong sales background to join our talented team and growing spa. This position offers strong growth opportunities, as it will develop into management of multiple locations within the Indy Market.

Our Leadership Team is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service in a team-oriented environment. The Assistant Spa Manager plays a vital role in achieving this goal by motivating and organizing our team of over 30 employees to meet sales targets.

This is a full-time sales position where excellent customer service skills are essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of strong sales experience
• 2-4 years of management experience in retail/sales
• Ability to drive the team to achieve sales goals
• Leadership skills to guide staff for peak efficiency
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Customer service-oriented
• Self-starter and multi-tasker
• Flexible schedule
• Experience with Millennium POS system is a plus

Job Duties:
