About The Role

This role places you at the center of Houston’s industrial real estate market, where you’ll build strong client relationships, negotiate meaningful deals, and help businesses find the spaces that support their growth. As a Senior Associate Broker, you’ll develop new business, guide clients through complex decisions, and represent them with the backing of a global industry leader. • Capable of interpreting documents, evaluating options, and solving problems using analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • You’ll manage your own deadlines and make decisions that align with company policies and procedures. Good judgment is essential, as your work can have long?term effects on clients, colleagues, and project outcomes.
