Job summary

Bunge North America operates a soybean processing plant in Decatur, IN. The Loader (extraction) role involves safely loading trucks and rail cars with soybean meal and supporting the crush department’s operations.

The position requires 40 hours per week with weekend/holiday shifts. Pay is $30.99 per hour, with benefits including health plans, retirement contributions, and paid vacation/holidays. Experience in industrial settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move rail cars by operating a switch engine.
• Load soybean meal and other products in trucks and rail cars.
• Complete paperwork per department procedures.
• Operate computer system to input customer and product information.
• Perform regular checks and adjust equipment as needed.
• Commit to food safety and support the site's food safety culture.
