Job summary

Bunge in Decatur, IN is seeking a Loader (extraction) in the Crush department to safely and efficiently load trucks and rail cars with soybean meal. This 40-hour weekly role requires weekend/holiday availability and adherence to food safety standards.

You'll operate switch engines to move rail cars, load products, complete paperwork per procedures, and input data into the system. Prior industrial experience and a high school diploma are preferred; strong safety focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to work safely and follow procedures.
• Basic computer and mechanical skills.
• Must be able to work at heights and in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Move rail cars by operating a switch engine.
• Load soybean meal and other products in trucks and rail cars.
• Fill out all paperwork per department procedures.
• Operate computer system to input customer and product information.
• Perform regular checks and adjust equipment as needed.
• Commit to safe food practices and maintain a food safety culture.
• Report concerns with safe food practices.
• Assist other operators as needed.
• Follow good manufacturing practices.
