Job summary

This hybrid role leads SOX activities tied to enterprise transformation, assesses how changes affect the SOX control environment, and collaborates with Finance, IT, Compliance, and business teams to deliver practical governance solutions.

The position manages complex projects, coordinates stakeholders, develops executive-level presentations, and drives timely delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required; CPA preferred.
• 5 years' experience in public accounting or a public company accounting dept.
• Strong internal controls, financial reporting and general accounting knowledge.
• Excellent organizational, project leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOX strategy activities for enterprise transformation and initiatives.
• Assess impact of business/tech changes on SOX control framework and governance.
• Manage complex projects with timelines, milestones, risks and action plans.
• Develop executive presentations and communications for leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Finance, IT, Compliance and business teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of SOXStrategy processes and governance tools.
