Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience with a focus on SOX and internal controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field.
• CPA, PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a desirable asset.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Facilitate program team meetings and planning events with action-item tracking.
• Own the end-to-end SOX calendar and manage risks and corrective actions.
• Maintain GRC workflow configurations for control performance, testing and reporting.
• Create and deliver financial controls training to stakeholders.
