Elevait Solutions LLC is partnering with a publicly traded data security software company in Silicon Valley for a 6-month IT Audit Manager (SOX) engagement in Palo Alto, CA. The role focuses on designing and executing SOX ITGC and ITAC tests, assessing IT risk for new AI tools, and coordinating remediation with control owners and external auditors.

The candidate will lead walkthroughs, validate test evidence, and deliver audit-ready work papers that support the company’s SOX program.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years IT audit experience at Big 4, major consulting, or internal audit function.
• Hands-on experience designing and executing SOX ITGC and ITAC test procedures across multiple platforms and financial applications.
• Proven test experience in key report testing within a SOX environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assess IT risk for new AI tools and systems, design ITGCs and ITACs.
• Audit identity governance workflows and validate data synced from source systems.
• Execute ITGC testing across logical access, change management, computer operations, and SDLC.
• Design and run ITAC testing for input, interface, processing, and output controls in financial systems.
• Test key reports for logic, parameters, completeness, and accuracy.
• Lead system walkthroughs with IT and business process owners to assess control design.
• Track control deficiencies, coordinate remediation with owners and external auditors.
• Prepare audit papers meeting internal and external standards; partner with external auditors during cycles.
