Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end SOX 404 lifecycle across assigned processes.
• Partner with process owners to assess risks and drive control design.
• Lead testing, walkthroughs, and reporting to management.
• Promote AI and analytics in risk assessment and evidence review.
• Review AI-related risks and ensure regulatory monitoring of controls.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of the program.
• Mentor offshore testers and develop audit-ready documentation.
