Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or an advanced degree; CPA/CIA/CISA preferred.
• 5+ years of SOX and internal audit experience in Big 4 or large public company environments.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, COSO, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment; adaptable.
• Semiconductor industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement the end-to-end SOX 404 lifecycle from planning to reporting.
• Assess risks and define IT controls for new processes; create narratives and flowcharts.
• Drive automation to streamline controls while preserving effectiveness.
• Provide guidance and training to control owners on SOX requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for external auditors; ensure smooth audits.
• Coach testers, use AI tools, review control testing, and give feedback.
• Participate in operational audits and projects as needed.
