Job summary

AlTi Global, Inc. is seeking an Internal Audit Manager on a fixed-term contract in New York. The role focuses on overseeing SOX compliance, internal audits, and developing the ICFR framework while coordinating with cross-functional teams to strengthen controls and reporting.

Ideal candidates will bring extensive SOX, ITGC/ITAC, and ICFR experience, strong leadership, and a strategic mindset to drive governance and risk management across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• CPA license or Controls related qualification preferred.
• IT certifications to aid in IT audits preferred.
• 6+ years in auditing, assurance, accounting, or related field.
• Deep ICFR, SOX compliance, ITGCs and ITACs experience, with process controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program.
• Lead SOX scoping, planning, and testing activities.
• Manage internal and external audit resources and reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve control environment.
• Draft audit findings and remediation recommendations for mgmt.
• Prepare internal audit plan and audit committee reporting.
