Job summary

Centinel Spine is seeking a Manager, SOX Controls and Transformation to strengthen our control environment and modernize processes. This on-site role in West Chester, PA focuses on ICFR, risk assessment, remediation, and strategic automation initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in SOX/internal controls, ERP experience, and a track record of leading cross-functional projects that enhance efficiency and data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years progressive experience in internal controls, SOX compliance, or related area.
• Hands-on SOX/ICFR program experience including control design, testing, and remediation.
• Ability to improve processes by integrating controls with redesign, tech, and automation.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Finance, IT, Operations, external auditors.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable SOX internal control framework (ICFR).
• Assess risks, evaluate control design, and recommend remediation.
• Lead SOX readiness activities, testing, evidence collection, and remediation tracking.
• Redesign workflows with business leaders and drive cross-functional improvements.
• Support ERP implementations, system integrations, and digital transformation.
• Standardize processes to improve scalability and data quality.
• Develop dashboards and automated monitoring for visibility into risks and controls.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work via automation, analytics, and AI.
• Measure the value and impact of automation and process improvements.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, Operations, auditors, and stakeholders.
