Job summary

Shield AI is seeking a Director of SOX Compliance to design, implement, and continuously improve the company's Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program in a high-growth, public-company environment. You will report to the Corporate Controller and partner with Finance, Internal Audit, IT, Engineering, HR, Legal, and business leaders to strengthen internal controls.

This is initially an individual contributor leadership role (Radford P6) with broad executive visibility and cross-functional influence.
