Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking a SOX Compliance Analyst to lead the Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program across Snowflake environments within the Data Governance function. You will own end-to-end controls, from identity management to change management and disaster recovery, coordinating with Finance, Data Governance, and Engineering to ensure robust, auditable systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in compliance or data governance with at least 2 years of hands-on SOX compliance in a technology or data environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), ITGCs, and cloud data platforms.
• Experience managing RBAC and identity governance frameworks.
• Experience supporting internal and external audits, including gathering and presenting technical evidence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and ongoing management of SOX compliance across all Snowflake instances.
• Maintain and enforce RBAC with least-privilege access.
• Conduct periodic user access reviews as part of identity governance.
• Enforce segregation of duties through testing and change-management practices.
• Enable and maintain auditing, logging, and monitoring across Snowflake environments.
• Coordinate with auditors to shorten audit cycles and reduce fees.
• Document change-management processes for Snowflake to ensure traceability.
• Lead disaster recovery planning and testing for Snowflake.
• Collaborate with CCPA compliance to support Observepoint pixel scans.
• Align SOX controls with governance policies and Data Council.
• Contribute to Snowflake becoming the authoritative system of record.
