Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking a Senior Data Compliance Analyst in Austin, TX. You will own the SOX compliance program across Snowflake environments, enforcing RBAC, access reviews, and change management within a data governance framework.

You will partner with Finance, Data Governance, and Engineering to ensure data security, regulatory accountability, and audit readiness while enabling agile product analytics. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in compliance/data governance and hands-on SOX experience,

Qualifications

• 4+ years in compliance, data governance, or related field.
• At least 2 years hands-on SOX compliance in tech/data environment.
• Bachelor's degree in IS/CS/Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of SOX ITGCs for cloud data platforms.
• Experience with RBAC and identity governance.
• Experience supporting internal and external audits.
• Understanding of data privacy regulations such as CCPA.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication skills.
• Proficiency with SQL for data querying and evidence validation.
• Snowflake experience with security and governance features.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of SOX compliance across Snowflake instances.
• Maintain RBAC and enforce least-privilege access.
• Coordinate user access reviews within identity governance.
• Establish segregation of duties through standardized testing and deployments.
• Enable auditing, logging, and monitoring across Snowflake environments.
• Serve as centralized point for technical audit evidence with auditors.
• Document change management processes for Snowflake governance.
• Lead disaster recovery planning and testing for Snowflake.
• Support CCPA compliance and Observepoint pixel scans.
• Align SOX controls with Data Governance policies and Data Council.
• Contribute to making Snowflake the authoritative system of record.
