You will collaborate with Sow Farm Managers, onboard and develop staff, coach on performance, and uphold biosecurity programs while promoting Holden Farms' values and goals. This role reports to the General Manager and demands strong leadership, problem solving, and a commitment to animal welfare.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in management or related experience.
• Proficient with computers, smartphones, spreadsheets and databases.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise 4,000+ head sow farm operations and staff.
• Ensure production targets are met and tasks are executed efficiently.
• Communicate Holden Farms' values and goals to employees.
• Collaborate with Sow Farm Managers to maintain staffing levels and performance.
• Onboard and develop new employees; coach performance evaluations and growth plans.
• Uphold Holden Farms' Biosecurity Programs and drive continuous improvement.
