We are seeking an experienced Sow Farm Manager to oversee the daily operations of a commercial sow farm. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving production performance, leading and developing employees, maintaining high standards of animal welfare, and ensuring compliance with biosecurity and company policies. The Sow Farm Manager will work closely with leadership to achieve production goals while fostering a positive and accountable team culture.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Monday through Friday schedule

Typical hours are 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility based on operational needs
