Job summary

HawkEye 360 seeks a Sovereign Program Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of sovereign RF and space initiatives. You will ensure milestones, customer requirements, and secure-compliance are met across multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include technical support on RF systems and payload architectures, coordinating spacecraft, ground systems, and RF subsystems, and managing program health with risk and financial oversight. International travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, systems engineering, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years in RF, satellite communications, or space systems.
• 5+ years managing complex sovereign or defense programs.
• Knowledge of RF space missions and payload architectures.
• Ability to operate in secure, compliance-driven environments.
• PMO governance experience with transition to execution-focused roles.
• Experience with multi-year programs and mission-critical dependencies.
• Strong RF and space systems understanding and secure communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day program activities for sovereign RF/space initiatives with milestones and customer requirements.
• Serve as technical/operational point of contact for sovereign customers and government partners.
• Provide technical support on RF system design, payload architectures, link performance, and waveform considerations.
• Coordinate across spacecraft, payload, ground systems, and RF subsystems teams.
• Monitor baselines, risks, financials, and contract deliverables for program health.
• Ensure adherence to sovereign security guidelines and export controls.
• Develop program plans, schedules, and technology updates to improve performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, security, and supply chain for aligned execution.
• Contribute technical input for design reviews, trade studies, and checkpoints.
• Promote collaboration and clear communication across program activities.
