Job summary

Photogenic, Inc. seeks a proactive Supervisor to oversee daily venue operations, support team members, and drive performance.

You will lead by example, troubleshoot issues, assist with inventory and training, and ensure guest satisfaction through memorable souvenir photography experiences. The role requires flexibility for peak retail hours, with duties ranging from POS operation to maintaining safety and a clean workspace.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of team members and assign appropriate tasks and assignments.
• Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and elevate to IT or Local Management when needed.
• Assist with inventory, training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Report policy or procedure violations to the Supervisor or Manager on duty.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home (Photography experience not required).
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.

Knowledge, Experience & Skill

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
