Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to create memorable guest experiences and handle photography-related tasks at our Photogenic locations. You will engage with guests, manage sales transactions, and help ensure smooth operations in a dynamic outdoor setting.

The role emphasizes a positive attitude, teamwork, flexibility for peak hours, and strong customer service. Prior photography experience is not required, and perks include free guest photos and a referral

Our Sales Associates Will Also

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
  • Photography experience not required
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
• Comfortable working in an outdoor environment in natural weather conditions.

Knowledge, Experience & Skill

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
