Job summary

Sentinel Offender Services, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities across UT, AZ, CO, NM, KS, OK, TX. The role requires travel up to 50% and residing near a major airport within the territory.

You will demonstrate GPS products, manage accounts, and drive contract sales. Qualified candidates have 5+ years in sales or criminal justice electronic monitoring, strong presentation skills, and experience with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of sales, account management, or criminal justice electronic monitoring experience.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver presentations to diverse audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory growth targets within accounts quarterly and annually.
• Develop regional growth strategy and acquire new customers in assigned territory.
• Identify and pursue leads at local, state, and federal levels.
• Demonstrate GPS products and software to customers and prospects.
• Manage relationships with Value Added Resellers for performance.
