Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharma/biotech/consulting.
• 5+ years reimbursement experience with injectable or infused drugs or medical devices.
• Expert in coverage, coding, and payment policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with field teams to expand access and reduce barriers.
• Develop reimbursement strategies, tools, and materials for field use.
• Maintain relationships with MACs to ensure access to Ipsen’s neurology portfolio.
• Provide reimbursement support at advisory boards or conferences.
• Support Ipsen CARES and other payer engagement activities.
• Monitor payer policy changes and advise on access challenges.
