Job summary

Morgan Construction and Environmental Ltd. in the Nevada and Southwest USA region is seeking a HEO operator capable of running Dozer, Excavator, Rock Truck or Grader on multiple projects.

This field-based role offers 12-hour shifts, day or night, with a rotating schedule and lodging/subsistence provisions. Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of recent heavy equipment experience, MSHA 48 training or willingness to obtain, and a proven ability to work outdoors in all weather while

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recent experience operating heavy equipment.
• Experience on Dozers, Excavators, Graders or Rock Trucks as listed.
• MSHA 48 training certificate or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment in support of project scope.
• Perform routine inspections of tires, fluids, lights and brakes.
• Adhere to project specs and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with site personnel and supervisors.
• Follow Morgan's safety procedures and PPE policies.
