Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests with genuine Southern hospitality.
• Maintain expert knowledge of food menus, ingredients, daily specials, wine, beer, and cocktails.
• Provide recommendations and personalize each guest's experience.
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
• Monitor tables throughout service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Deliver food and beverages according to company service standards.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions responsibly.
• Maintain clean, organized stations and dining areas.
• Work collaboratively with hosts, bartenders, food runners, and server assistants.
• Follow all health, sanitation, alcohol service, and safety guidelines.
