O2EPCM, Inc. is seeking a Construction Inspector for a Water Main & Water Meter Retrofit Project across Southern California, including Ventura, Los Angeles, and San Diego counties.

This on-road, hourly position offers an 8-hour shift, Mon-Fri, with pay between $45.00 and $60.00 per hour. The role requires DIP knowledge, plan-reading, daily Word reports, and photo documentation for inspections; travel is required.

Qualifikationen

• DIP knowledge and experience with Ductile Iron Pipe.
• Ability to read drawings, plans and permits.
• Proficient in daily inspection reporting using Microsoft Word.
• Ability to take and embed photos in inspection reports.

• Utilities Water Troubleshooting.
• Hot tapping on existing watermains.
• Water system installation, replacement, and repairs.
• Hydrostatic Pressure testing.

• Inspecting various projects such as Watermain Replacements, Reservoirs, and Pump Stations.
• Overseeing General Contractors and ensuring compliance with codes, docs, contracts and client specifications.

Work Location

On the road - Southern California (Ventura County, Los Angeles County, & San Diego County)

Duties

• Water Utility/Pipeline/Water Meter Inspection.
• Utilities Water Troubleshooting.
• Hot tappingon existing watermains.
• Water system installation of new pipelines, replacement, and repairs.
• Hydrostatic Pressure testing.
• Inspection of various types of pipelines includingDuctile Iron pipe.
• Inspecting various projects that include but are not limited to WatermainReplacements, Reservoirs, New Installations, Booster Pump Stations, etc.
• Overseeing General Contractors.
• Ensuring that the projects are in compliance with the codes, constructiondocuments, contracts and meets client’s specifications.

Minimum Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Must be knowledgeable with Ductile Iron Pipe.
• Must be able to read drawings, plans and permits.
• Must be able to prepare daily inspection reports using Microsoft word.
• Must be able to take photos and insert them into daily inspection reports.
