Advanced Sterilization Products in Southeast Florida seeks a Regional Sales Director to lead a team of Account Managers, Key Account Managers, and Clinical Professionals. You will drive topline revenue growth and margin expansion while developing regional strategic plans and owning the P&L for the region.

The role partners with Inside Sales, National Key Accounts, Technical Service, Marketing, and R&D to support launches and key account strategies. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 8 years healthcare sales, marketing, or relevant commercial experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Account Managers, Key Account Managers and Clinical Professionals in the Southeast FL region.
• Achieve sales quotas for Capital & Consumables.
• Develop and execute regional strategic business plans.
• Own regional P&L with focus on price discipline and margin expansion.
• Coordinate with Inside Sales, National Key Accounts and Technical Service.
