Job summary

Akumin Inc. is seeking a Regional Director of Physician Sales to lead South Florida sales across Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Sunrise, Plantation and West Palm Beach.

You will manage Account Executives, develop territory plans, and coordinate with the VP of Physician Sales to hit same-store growth goals. This role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of healthcare sales leadership, strong coaching, and regular in-person meetings with providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
• 3+ years of sales and marketing leadership responsibility in a healthcare environment or relevant field.
• 50% travel may be required.
• Master's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Account Executive team and monitor performance using KPIs.
• Hire and develop talent; manage performance and development.
• Develop territory plans to drive same-store growth and regional performance.
• Collaborate with VP of Physician Sales and regional leadership on strategy and training.
• Present regional results to executives and partner with Operations.
