Job summary

Bulgari is seeking an Area Retail Director to lead the Southeast Region's sales and business strategy from the Miami area. You will coach Store Leaders, drive sales development, and ensure exceptional Client Experience, reporting to the VP of Retail.

Based in Miami with up to 75% travel, you will partner with HRBP and Corporate Partners on operations, budgeting, and people strategies, while building high-performing teams across boutiques.

Qualifications

• Multi-Store/High Volume experience required.
• Luxury retail experience required; High End Jewelry experience preferred.
• Strong people and performance management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Candidate ideally based in the Miami area.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and motivate a team of Store Leaders to achieve targets and uphold standards.
• Communicate clearly with Store Teams and Corporate Partners to align operations and opportunities.
• Partner with VP of Retail and HRBP on business operations and people strategies to meet regional sales targets.
• Oversee KPIs, CRM, and Client Experience, driving performance with Store Directors and partners.
• Develop boutique-specific business plans and oversee budgeting, forecasting and product launches.
• Represent Bulgari at meetings and events, visiting markets up to 75% travel.
