Qualifications

7+ years in industrial real estate, leasing, development, acquisitions, or owner’s representative roles.
Demonstrated track record of executed industrial leases or build-to-suit transactions.
Strong knowledge of lease economics, underwriting, and tenant credit analysis.

Responsibilities

Identify potential tenants for speculative buildings, build-to-suit users, and land buyers.
Evaluate active industrial requirements of 75,000 SF+ in Savannah and Southeast Georgia markets.
Maintain view of competitive supply, asking rents, concessions, and lease comps with broker input and market research.
Track manufacturing activity, port developments, and incentive changes affecting demand for sites.
Deliver concise market updates to principals and flag changes in real time.
Collaborate with developers and leasing brokers on tours, tenant outreach, and strategy refinement.
Structure lease and build-to-suit proposals with the MD and team.
Analyze financial wherewithal and creditworthiness of potential tenants.
Review lost deals with partners to capture lessons for future pursuits.
Coordinate marketing collateral, events, and broker outreach with partners.
