Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret safety procedures and SDS documents.
• Experience operating custodial equipment and following cleaning schedules.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow cleaning schedule and perform dusting, disinfection, and floor care.
• Clean restrooms and common areas, remove trash during service times.
• Secure the assigned area and maintain building security at shift end.
• Communicate with Lead Custodian and request supplies or work orders as needed.
