Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, e-mail and SchoolDude.
• Ability to manage personnel and supervise custodial building operations.
• Ability to plan and organize custodial activities.
• Knowledge of custodial equipment and cleaning methods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleaning schedule for floors, walls, restrooms, windows, and furnishings.
• Supervise day and night custodial staff per District procedures.
• Provide training per DISD Custodial Training Procedures.
• Monitor HVAC for environment comfort per guidelines.
• Inspect and report facility conditions; generate work orders.
• Secure building and manage keys; ensure attendance and punctuality.
