Voya Financial is seeking a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) who will deliver a service strategy that meets client expectations and drives retention. You will build trusted relationships with executives, provide retirement plan guidance, and lead cross-functional teams to implement solutions that support client and participant needs.

The role requires 25-40% travel and residence in the Southeast US to cover assigned territories.

Formación

• 6+ years of client service relationship management in defined contribution/retirement services.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent retirement services work experience.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 licensing.
• Retirement industry experience; strong investment background.

Responsabilidades

• Build trust-based relationships with key client stakeholders, including executives and TPAs.
• Attend Plan Investment and Administrative Committee meetings when appropriate.
• Analyze plan data and trends to advise on design, products, investments, and participant engagement.
• Lead cross-functional service teams to deliver on client strategies and measure outcomes.
• Drive client retention, manage RFIs/RFPs, and benchmark existing plans.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, SLAs, and ensure delivery timelines.
• Understand client labor and benefits strategies to tailor solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to set implementation dates and project scope.
• Identify opportunities for organic growth and cross-sell Voya products.
• Contribute to RFP responses and support new Retirement business efforts.
• Present Voya offerings clearly to prospective clients, highlighting differentiated value.
