Job summary

ADP is hiring a Channel Sales Account Executive. In this role, you’ll identify and cultivate new prospects, cross-sell ADP HR and payroll solutions, and close sales with support from elite training and a clear path to advancement.

You will reach or exceed sales goals in a southeast territory, build relationships with Fortune 100s to startups, and connect customers’ business needs with ADP products. A college degree is nice but not required; five+ years in B2B sales helps.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of work experience.
• Sales quota experience preferred.
• Experience in business-to-business sales in (HCM) human capital management, payroll, HR solutions or talent management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Reach or exceed assigned sales goals.
• Implement sales strategies.
• Develop and execute a cold calling strategy to target prospects.
• Mine existing and prospective clients for referral business.
• Establish and maintain good customer relations with both internal and external customers.
• Connect customers' business needs with ADP products and services.
• Cross-sell other ADP solutions to existing clients.
• Build network in person and via phone with key decision makers in a designated territory.
