ARDEX Americas is seeking an experienced Sales Professional for the South Texas Team, based in Austin. This role covers field duties with daily territorial travel and some overnights, building relationships with distributors, contractors, architects, and designers while driving product specifications and solutions.

You will deliver technical demos, support jobsites, and coordinate with technical, marketing, and support teams to ensure complete customer solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience in flooring/tiling or building materials.
• Knowledge of flooring or tiling installation systems.
• Technical proficiency in specs and design.
• Strong presentation and hands-on skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and jobsite activity.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans and growth strategies.
• Utilize CRM tools to track activities, opportunities, and customer engagement.
• Develop relationships with distributors, contractors, architects, designers, and other industry influencers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and responsiveness throughout the sales process.
• Conduct product demonstrations, contractor clinics, and educational trainings.
• Support contractors on jobsites with product recommendations and guidance.
