Qualifications

• Active RN license required; BSN preferred.
• 5-8 years of acute care clinical experience required.
• Experience with peer review, quality, or performance improvement required.
• Demonstrated data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and healthcare data systems; experience with peer review or quality software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end peer review processes.
• Prepare peer review cases and documentation for committee reviews.
• Maintain confidentiality and peer review privilege integrity.
• Develop dashboards and reports on outcomes, turnaround times, and trends.
• Collaborate with Quality, Risk Management, and Medical Staff Services on data-driven quality initiatives.
