Job summary

The role requires active RN license (BSN preferred) with 5–8 years of acute care clinical experience and demonstrated skills in data analysis, dashboard development, and Excel-based reporting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required; BSN preferred.
• 5-8 years of acute care clinical experience.
• Experience with peer review, quality, or performance improvement required.
• Demonstrated data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and healthcare data systems; experience with peer review or quality software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end peer review processes.
• Prepare peer review cases and documentation for committee and leadership review.
• Maintain confidentiality and peer review privilege integrity.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and metrics related to peer review outcomes, trends, and turnaround times.
• Partner with Quality, Risk Management, and Medical Staff Services on data-driven quality initiatives.
• Ensure accurate data submission for internal and external reporting requirements.
