Wainwright Talent Partners is seeking a Project Superintendent for a South Florida multifamily high-rise in Miami. You will direct on-site workflow, align with the project schedule, ensure safety and quality, and lead the site team and subcontractors.

Candidates should have 5+ years of commercial construction with a general contractor, a four-year degree in construction or engineering (or equivalent experience), and OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Formación

• A four-year degree in construction or engineering is strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction with a general contractor.
• Project lead experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
• Ability to walk/stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and professional writing/verbal skills.
• Positive attitude and passion for construction.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee safety program for all subcontractors and support inspections.
• Maintain daily site log and manage punch list and closeout.
• Foster good relationships with subcontractors and community.
• Maintain quality standards across all project aspects.
• Assist in formulating schedule with the project manager.
• Ensure accurate daily documentation and early change-order identification.
• Collaborate with the project manager throughout the project.
